Huntington Beach, September 10, 2023 – The Good Shepards Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to nurturing the transformative power of the human-animal bond, brought their elite Purple Pack of therapy dogs to the Mom’s Day Off event at Pacific City. Our aim was to spread joy, connection, and the healing power of dogs to all the amazing moms who were taking a break from their daily routines.

At The Good Shepards Foundation, we understand that the love and loyalty of dogs can lift our spirits and provide comfort even on the toughest days. That’s why we were thrilled to be a part of the Mom’s Day Off event, where we could share the love of our four-legged friends with the community.

Our Elite Purple Pack of therapy dogs is made up of specially trained canines who bring a unique and calming presence to all those they encounter. Our dogs, who are expertly matched with handlers, undergo extensive training to provide support to individuals facing a variety of challenges. The Elite Purple Pack represents the best of the best, and we are so proud to have them as ambassadors for our cause.

At the Mom’s Day Off event, our therapy dogs provided much-needed therapy to moms who may be facing the daily challenges of motherhood. With their furry paws, wagging tails, and gentle eyes, they brought smiles to everyone’s faces and spread joy throughout the event.

This experience was, as always, a reminder of the extraordinary impact that dogs have on our well-being. They offer a source of comfort, connection, and joy that can brighten even the toughest of days. We are honored to have been a part of this event and to have shared the love of our furry friends with the Pacific City community.

We invite you to join us in celebrating the transformative power of the human-animal bond. Together, we can create a world where compassion and commitment thrive, and where the presence of therapy dogs makes a difference in the lives of those who need it the most.
